How can I submit the data?

Generally, the customer can submit the data with the instructions in the Starting Custom. You need to provide the eyeglass prescription from any examination institution, hospital or the most recent record of eyeglasses. In addition, customer also can send the photo of optometrist information, by email to support@skilens.co or consulting more by Message, Phone and Whatsapp:(929)-780-2314.

How long can I receive the lens?

Since each lens is customized, it usually takes 3 days to complete the customization after the order is confirmed. Usually the mailing time varies in different regions. It is recommended that you place your order 5-7 days in advance so as not to delay your ski trip.

Does the lens fit me?

You don’t need worry about it. Our lenses are compatible with most of the mainstream brands (SMITH, OAKLEY,GIRO,ANON,DRAGON,UVEX,BOLLE) of ski goggles.

How can I get the refund?

Since each lens is customized, Once your order is confirmed by email, it will enter production status; if you want a refund, please contact us in time and we will check the status of your order.
